In addition to marking the southern gateway to downtown from the Burrard Street Bridge, this $500 million project is Reliance and Pattison’s largest project to date. A total of six sites were available for the construction of extremely tall buildings in downtown Vancouver.

– Reliance Properties CEO Jon Stovell said.
“Our design had to demonstrate architectural excellence and significant environmental standards, so we are thrilled to be able to deliver on these important elements.”
Among the amenities are a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, spa, gym, indoor/outdoor yoga, private shopping, and an outdoor patio with a barbecue.
During the development and construction phase, One Burrard and 2 Burrard Place were completely sold out. Besides the tower condominiums, the project also includes 50 market rentals.
