Geoff Jarman has been a Realtor® for the past 21 years and for the last 18 years has achieved the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver's Medallion Award for being in the Top 10% of all Realtors® in the Greater Vancouver Region for sales production. In 2002, he became a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver President's Club, recognizing the Top 1% of All Greater Vancouver Region Realtors®. Also he has been Sutton Group West Coast Realty’s #1 Realtor® (Burnaby/Coquitlam location) since 2006 and was the number one realtor for Sutton Group Priority before the office was bought out by the West Coast Branch in ‘06. Furthermore, he has completed 874 sales in the last 10 years. In 2011 he Ranked 17th out of all the Individual Greater Vancouver Realtors® with 76 sales for the year! Geoff Jarman is in the Top 1% of all Greater Vancouver Realtors® in sales volume for the past 10 consecutive years, including 2011. Including being Sutton Group - West Coast Realty's #1 Realtor® (Burnaby/Coquitlam location), he is a multiple winner of Sutton Group's Platinum Award & Sutton Group's Masters Award, which is only presented to Sutton's Elite Realtors®! In the fall of 2008 Geoff was voted Burnaby's Favourite Realtor!

MEET GEOFF'S ASSISTANTS...

Geoff Jarman is backed by a group of professionals with exceptional skill sets aimed at ensuring our clients reach their Real Estate objectives. We are a customer-focused; customer-driven group including a Listing Specialist, a Buyer Specialist, and a Listing and Buyer Administrator/Marketing Assistant.

Shelly Nichele,  Buyer and Listing Administrator

Shelly works Monday to Friday 9 to 4. Evenings and on weekends you may call her and she will get back to you promptly.

Sue-Jean Cho,  Buyer Specialist (Korean/English)

Since 2009, Sue-Jean has worked under Geoff's close supervision being thoroughly trained to assist Geoff to enthusiastically show prospective buyers all the outstanding features of your home and to properly answer any concerns the buyer may have of your home! She is an asset helping Geoff with his listing process; the real estate board paper work, measuring homes, photographs, and listing write-ups. Her other duties include setting up our Buyer's property searches, appointments and tours, and showing our clients prospective properties. As a Canadian born Korean, she is fluent in both English and Korean. She studied English Literature at Simon Fraser University and Interior Design at BCIT, and her 10+ years of experience in the service industry contribute to her excellent people skills!  

Heidi Hou,  Buyer Specialist (Mandarin/Cantonese/English)

Heidi joined Geoff in September 2011 and she is currently working as a Full-time Licensed Real Estate Assistant. She came to Canada from Taiwan in 1996; with her background she is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She earned a hospitality degree in 2003. Since then, she had been heavily involved in the fields of operation management, human resource development and corporate marketing for a multi-location beverage corporation. Recently she realized that real estate is her passion and she has committed herself to the field. She brings the accumulation of varied experiences that gives her the skills to work efficiently and creatively with consistently adjusting environments. 

Heidi ensures that our Mandarin and Cantonese clients feel comfortable when communicating with Geoff.
